Benin is a pilot country for fight against tuberculosis.

The aim of PNT (Programme National contre la Tuberculose – National Programme against Tuberculosis) is to reduce bacillus transmission within people and stop tuberculosis as a public health issue in the country.

LSB realised a BSL2 laboratory. The programme has been financed by the WHO.
